Order Cancellations:

Once an order has been submitted through our website, we can make no guarantees that the order can be cancelled or altered prior to shipment despite our best efforts. Please follow our standard return policy below if you would like to cancel an order with us after shipment.

Standard Return Policy:

Our standard return policy, excluding all clearance products, is 30-days from the date of receipt. We utilize the date that the shipping courier confirms that the product has been delivered when calculating the 30-day time period. Within this period, a product may be return to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To open a return, please visit the Contact Us page of our website and send us a message with your order number, the product(s) being returned, and the reason for your return. If you are unable to locate your order number, please confirm the name and email address that are associated with your order. One of our friendly customer care agents will reply to your message within 1-2 business days to provide all information needed for your return. All products being returned to us for a refund or exchange must be in "like new" condition and contain all original components including the product box, cables, and manuals. Please ensure that all products are packaged securely. We are not responsible for items that get lost or are damaged in transit. Any returns we receive without prior authorization by our customer care team will be denied. We do not accept returns on screen protectors that have been previously opened.     

Defective Products:

We hate defective products as much as you do! Let's get this solved, quickly!

Although not very common, we do occasionally see products that may contain manufacturer's defects. In these situations, we understand our customer's frustration and work diligently to get our customers a working product as quickly and efficiently as possible. If a product is found to have any defect within 30-days from the date of receipt, please contact us to arrange an immediate exchange. We do our best to get you a working product within only 1-2 business days. Within 30-days, you may also return the defective product to us for a full refund of the purchase price. After 30-days, the product is covered by our manufacturer's warranty and is eligible to be returned to us for a no-cost repair or replacement. Products received after 30-days are ineligible to be returned for refund.

We want to ensure all of our customers are fully satisfied with their order. Please keep in mind we do offer several different charging products and solutions for your devises. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us with your concerns. Our customer care team would be glad to work with you to see if we may have a better solution for your charging needs. Exchanges with us are always fast and free. If we are unable to find a product that suits your needs, you can return your order to us within 30-days for a refund of the purchase price. We will refund the original method of payment you used with us for the transaction. Please note, we do apply a 10% restocking fee on all return of non-defective products. Since we offer free and deeply discounted expedited shipping, the restocking fee helps us recover the shipping charges associated with the transaction. Please note, all shipping charges paid are non-refundable. 

Refunds:

We will automatically issue a refund to the original form of payment that was used with us for the transaction. Please allow up to 1-week after us receiving your return for processing. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve received your return, please contact our customer care team to inquire on the status of your return and refund. 

Manufacturer's Warranty:

Product not working after 30-days? No sweat!

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a complete manufacturer's warranty covering any manufacturer's defects once the 30-day return period has surpassed. The timeframe of the warranty varies between products and is typically listed in the product description. The product can be shipped back to us for a no-cost repair or replacement during the warranty period. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover a repair or replacement due to improper use or abuse. To open a warranty claim for your product, please visit the Contact Us page of our website and send us a message with your order number and the product you are wanting to open up the warranty claim for. If you are unable to locate your order number, please confirm the name and email address that are associated with your order. One of our friendly customer care agents will reply to your message within 1-2 business days to provide all information needed for your warranty claim. 

Clearance Products:

If you purchase an open box or clearance product from us, you may return it within 30-days for an exchange only in the event of a manufacturer's defect. These products are deeply discounted and ineligible for our standard return policy.
